CEUsy is a product of Last Round Clothing LLC.

We want CEUsy to actually help you stay on top of your CEUs and license renewals. If it doesn't, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all CEUsy purchases.

1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout.
2. Find the CEUsy order and submit a refund request.
3. Or email us at hello@ceusy.com and we'll start the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 14-day window

We don't offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions canceled after the 14-day window, but you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Lifetime plans (Founding Member) are non-refundable after the 14-day window.
